About us

Security work depends on trained, well-briefed people

I-Secure Services (ISS) Ltd was set up to give organisations a straightforward route to good training and dependable site cover, without the sales language that usually surrounds it.

Shift handover briefing before a deployment begins

Our starting point

We build from the people doing the work

Our trainers and supervisors come from front-line security roles across retail, logistics, office and education settings. That background shapes how we teach, how we brief officers, and how we respond when a client raises something that needs attention.

It also shapes what we are willing to promise: a written scope, trained and briefed people, and records you can point to afterwards.

  • Trainers and supervisors with operational experience
  • Courses written after a conversation about your site
  • Officers briefed before their first shift
  • Records kept for every course and every deployment

Who we are

A UK company, set up around two linked services

We are registered in England and Wales as I-Secure Services (ISS) Ltd, company number 15088162. The name ISS is used here for our own company only, and refers solely to I-Secure Services (ISS) Ltd — not to any other business trading under similar initials.

Training that starts from the site

Courses are not sold from a fixed list. We ask about the premises, the shift pattern, the duties staff hold and the situations that worry you, then propose the modules that follow from those answers. If a module will not earn its place on the day, we will say so.

Delivery is kept practical. Learners spend time working through scenarios and practising what they will be asked to do, because that is what carries over onto the site.

Cover that is arranged, not improvised

On the contracted side we agree staffing levels, shift patterns, handover arrangements and reporting lines before anyone is deployed. Each officer receives a briefing on your premises and your expectations before their first shift.

If a client's requirements change, the arrangement is reviewed rather than quietly stretched until it stops working.

Written records as standard

Attendance, assessment outcomes, shift handovers and reported incidents are all recorded. Records are supplied to a named contact on request and retained for the period agreed in the contract.

Where a client's own compliance team needs documentation in a particular format, we work to that format rather than insisting on ours.

Plain statements about limits

Training and site presence reduce risk; they do not remove it, and we do not describe them as if they did. Where a client would be better served by a different specialist — technical systems, locks and physical security hardware, or legal advice — we will say so and step back.

That is not a disclaimer bolted onto the end of a proposal. It is the reason clients come back: they know what they are buying.

Our approach

Three things we do not move on

A written scope first

No course and no deployment starts until you have agreed in writing what is covered, who is delivering it and what it costs.

  • Modules listed before delivery
  • Staffing levels agreed in advance
  • Costs confirmed, not estimated verbally
  • Changes recorded as they happen

Records, every time

Attendance, assessment outcomes and shift handovers are written down. If something is questioned later, there is something to check against.

  • Attendance logged for each session
  • Assessment outcomes recorded
  • Shift handovers documented
  • Records supplied on request

Honest boundaries

We say plainly what training and site cover can achieve, and where a client would be better served by a different specialist.

  • No claim without something behind it
  • Gaps identified early rather than late
  • Referrals where we are not the right fit
  • Insurance details supplied under contract
Our Approach

At a glance

What that looks like in practice

Training

Modules written around your premises, your shift pattern and your duties.

Personnel

Officers selected and briefed for the site they are covering.

Records

Documentation kept for every session and every shift.

Boundaries

Clear statements about what we can and cannot evidence.

The team

Roles you will deal with

A small structure, deliberately — so you know who is answerable for what.

Training lead

Designs the modules, agrees the assessment criteria with you and delivers or oversees the sessions. Your single point of contact for anything to do with a course.

Account contact

Handles the commercial side: the scope you approve, the rates, the dates and any change requests. Named in the contract so you are not passed between people.

Operations supervisor

Owns the deployment side — rosters, briefings, handovers and the first response when something is raised by an officer or a client on site.

Working with us

What we ask of the client

A workable arrangement depends on both sides. We ask for a named contact, a clear picture of the duties and shift pattern, and reasonable notice of changes.

In return you get a scope you approved, people who were briefed before they arrived, and records that stand up if they are ever needed.

  • A named contact for day-to-day matters
  • Duties and shift patterns described accurately
  • Notice of changes wherever the timetable allows
  • Feedback that shapes the next review
