Compliance & Insurance
This page sets out the paperwork and the boundaries behind our services. Specific cover and certification details are confirmed in writing under each contract rather than summarised in marketing copy.
Our position
Every engagement starts with a document you have approved: modules and assessment criteria on the training side, or duties, hours, staffing levels and reporting lines on the contracted side. If it is not in the scope, it is not assumed.
Training attendance, assessment outcomes and completion records are retained per learner. Shift records, handovers and incident reports are retained per deployment. Retention periods and access arrangements are agreed in the contract.
Our insurance arrangements are in place for the work we carry out. Cover amounts, policy references and any certification relevant to a particular engagement are confirmed in writing as part of that contract, together with the documents your compliance team needs to see.
We do not publish cover figures in general marketing material. The figures that apply are the ones stated in your contract.
Personal data handled in the course of training or a deployment — attendance records, assessment outcomes, contact details — is processed in line with our privacy policy. Where we act on your behalf, the arrangements are set out in the contract.
Training is delivered with the practical risks assessed beforehand. On site, officers work to the arrangements agreed with you and to the site rules that apply. Any accident or near miss is recorded and reported to your named contact.
We do not describe ourselves as approved, licensed, certified or accredited by any external body unless a specific engagement's documents say so. Where a client requires a particular certification, we will tell you plainly whether we hold it before you commit.
In practice
You tell us what your compliance team needs to see. We confirm in writing what we hold and what we do not, so there are no surprises at signature stage.
The contract carries the scope, the rates, the retention periods, the insurance details applicable to that engagement and the named contacts on both sides.
Records are produced as the work happens, not reconstructed afterwards. You can ask for them at any point during the engagement.
We go through what the records show, and adjust the arrangement where the picture suggests it should change.
Documents
Compliance teams rarely want a supplier's own template. Where you have a preferred format for records, registers or reports, we work to that format.
Where you do not, we will provide a straightforward one and agree the retention period with you in the contract.
If your compliance team needs something particular, send it over and we will confirm in writing whether and how we can meet it.
